Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fable Golf Ltd. We have detailed the following terms below that represent our Delivery Policy.

All of our orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse and fulfillment center in located in the UK.
We have a dedicated shipping postage and packaging department committed to fulfilling your orders and sending out to you as quickly and as securely as possible.
Delivery time
Delivery time will vary depending upon which delivery option was selected at the checkout. If you require additional information about the delivery time prior to placing an order please see the carrier for further information.
You can also view detailed tracking information relating to your order if tracked delivery option was selected at checkout. You will find this information in the related order accessed via your account.
We aim to process all orders placed before 2pm the same day (Monday to Friday), however this is not always possible. We aim to process all orders received within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend are not processed and will be processed on the next working day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. The order delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch, rather than when your order was placed.
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for parcels that go missing under any untracked delivery service. Therefore no replacements or refunds will be provided in these cases. If an untracked delivery option is available, we encourage you to use a tracked service on orders of significant value.
Third parties
We use a variety of 3rd party couriers to provide you with a variety of shipping options when placing an order. Unfortunately, and due to no fault of our own on rare occasions parcels can be subject to delays, damage or loss. If delivery issues occur please contact as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We are unable to action any delivery issues until they are brought to our attention.
We aim to deliver all of our orders within the estimated delivery duration. If for any reason we cannot deliver your orders within the specified time, we will inform you right away. Our delivery partners include Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, DHL, UPS and UK Mail.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order in a reasonable time, we would kindly ask you to wait 7 days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us. Courier services can occasionally experience some unexpected delays, which unfortunately we do not have any control over.
The delivery duration applies only after the payment has been made and the order was dispatched to you, as opposed to when the order was placed or created.
International Shipping Policy
We do not generally deliver to addresses outside England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Channels Islands. If, however, we accept an order for delivery outside that area, you will need to pay any import duties or other taxes due by your local authority.

We reserves the right to change this delivery policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law.
Any changes will be immediately posted on the website and you are deemed to have accepted this returns and refunds policy on your first use of the website following the alterations.
